We are looking for a dedicated New Business Manager for the development and support of our customer relationships. As a support to our creative team, you should be blessed with a lot of passion and sensitivity for the right way of dealing with colleagues and customers in addition to your professional knowledge. Confident but not overconfident, competent and always empathetic. You will ensure that our customers are well served right from the start and you will be there as a contact person and strategic advisor.

Your tasks

  • First contact, support and processing of our new business inquiries
  • Acquisition of new customers as well as the foundation of their long-term and sustainable development
  • Introduction and presentation of our company at the customer's site
  • Supporting our teams in the planning and discussion of new business projects

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in the (creative) agency sector, ideally account / sales management background
  • Appropriate knowledge of digital online and offline products as well as experience in client pitches
  • You are very communicative, open and enjoy contact with people
  • You can travel flexibly
  • You have empathy and trend awareness
  • You have a fluent command of both English and German language
