Summary

We are looking for a passionate individual to join one of our interdisciplinary production teams as a User Experience Designer. Demodern is a renown and award-winning creative technology agency dedicated to craft innovative and impactful strategies, products and services for the virtual era. Our client portfolio ranges from national to international brands of all sizes and industries.

Your profile

  • You already have sound professional experience as a UX Designer, UX Researcher, Creative Strategist or in a similar position.
  • You take conceptual responsibility for projects within your team and lead conceptual topics in collaboration with our clients.
  • You can turn your ideas into sketches, wireframes and prototypes – for all areas of interaction.
  • You confidently communicate in both German (min. C1) and English with clients and are not afraid to engage in discussions to advocate for the product value.
  • You always keep an eye on the big picture and know how UX decisions affect other areas such as design and development. You integrate this knowledge seamlessly into your concepts.
  • You find it easy to present concepts in a way that resonates with different interest groups.
  • You not only have the needs of end users in mind, but also the business goals of our customers.
  • You recognise market trends and translate them into product strategies.
  • You understand the technical fundamentals for digital product development.

    We recognize that great User Experience Designers are continual learners, so if you don’t meet all the criteria, don’t worry. We value passion and a willingness to grow!

Nice to have

While not required, just one of these additional qualities would make you a standout candidate.

  • You are familiar with SCRUM, JIRA and have worked in the role of a Product Owner.
  • You already made some experiences with spatial UX in the threedimensional context (e.g., you worked on a Mixed Reality App or a website in WebGL).
  • You can create UI guidelines and have worked in Design Sprints before
  • You are a great Storyteller and could ideate a creative storyline for our products.
  • Your copywriting skills are top-notch, making your words as impactful as your designs.
